Sweet corn juice—a natural and healthy baby drink
Overview
Nowadays, drinking corn juice is popular in restaurants of all sizes. Corn juice is really a very good drink, and your baby can also have it. Corn can promote gastrointestinal motility and contains the anti-cancer element selenium. Little Yuzi and I both like the sweet and waxy aroma of corn juice. After drinking it, the warmth flows on the tip of the tongue. The fragrant and waxy taste is very tempting. When Little Pomelo wants to drink corn juice, I use the following method to make it. It is quick and can be drunk in 10 minutes, and it also drinks a lot of milk. But if it is for breakfast, I still like to use 3 corns, add water to the mark, and use a soymilk machine to make it. Because I am pressed for time in the morning, it saves more time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the corn first and then pull it apart. Like the second picture below, split it in half and then plow it, it will be better. Tip: Why not just use a knife to cut off the corn kernels? Because that will lose the most nutritious part of corn - corn germ. So mommies, just work harder and peel off the corn kernels to retain more nutrients~~
-
Wash and grind in a food processor. No water is added here. You can also add some milk and beat together.
-
Pour it out.
-
Strain to remove the corn husks. When it cannot be filtered through the sieve, add some milk and continue filtering.
-
The filtered corn juice is already corn juice, only one more time to cook. Pour them back into the pot together and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for another 3 minutes. If it feels thickened after cooking, add more milk.
-
You can add less sugar, depending on the sweetness of the corn.
-
Remove from the pan.
