The mung bean sprouts I sprouted by myself are growing well

Cut off the roots with a knife

Put the bean sprouts into a basin and wash off the floating ash and bean skin

Blanch it in a pot of boiling water until it is cooked through and take it out

After controlling the water content, put it into a plate and pour it in to eat raw

Add a small spoonful of black bean chili

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a rice spoon, add Sichuan peppercorns and fry until fragrant

Pour the oil on the tempeh while it's hot and mix well when eating
