Wash the skin of the carrots and slice them into pieces for later use (I forgot to take a photo)

Wash the pork belly

Slice for later use

Prepare the Pixian bean paste, cut the dried chilies into small pieces, wash them, and chop the green onion and ginger

Heat a little oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, add pork belly

Fry until the pork belly changes color and the edges are slightly browned, remove and set aside

Add radish slices

Sauté until the radish becomes translucent, set aside

Refill the pot with oil, stir-fry the bean paste over low heat until red oil comes out

Add onions, ginger, and dried chilies

Sauté

Add the fried pork belly and stir-fry a few times

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry

Add fried radish

Stir fry a few times

Heat a small cast iron pan with a thin layer of oil

Transfer the fried radish to the cast iron pan and serve. It looks good and keeps warm

The finished product, garnish with some chopped green onion, will make it look better
