Shrimp Cream Pasta
Overview
I always thought that pasta is difficult to make, until I read a book about making pasta, I realized that pasta is also very easy and can be easily made at home. My son likes to eat it very much.

Chop the garlic into minced pieces.

Devein the shrimps, wash them with clean water, and marinate them with salt, rice wine, and chopped green onion for 30 minutes.

Heat the pan, add olive oil, and stir-fry the marinated shrimps until cooked.

Heat up the olive oil in another pan, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the stock, creamy white sauce, fresh cream, salt and pepper and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer until thickened.

While the soup is cooking, let's cook the pasta. After the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of salt, then add the butterfly noodles and cook for 10-12 minutes. Stir constantly while cooking to avoid sticking to the pot. Drain the water after the noodles are cooked.

Pour the cooked butterfly noodles into the soup and stir-fry evenly. Add the fried shrimps and stir-fry evenly.

Arrange the butterfly noodles on a plate and sprinkle black pepper evenly on top.
