Prepare the ingredients, chop the pork into minced meat, peel and remove the shells from the fresh shrimps, mince the chives and ginger separately, wash the green vegetables and set aside.

Put all the fillings into a plate, add appropriate amount of oil, salt, soy sauce, and cooked white sesame seeds and mix well (you can add chicken essence to make it fresh), and then wrap it into various shapes according to your personal preference.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil (with stock is better), pour in the wontons, add a little oil and bring to a boil again. Use a spatula to gently stir in the middle to avoid sticking to the pot. Pour in the vegetables and cook for about three minutes. Add salt to taste.
