How can New Year’s Eve dinner be complete without vegetables? So hand-shredded cabbage is a vegetarian dish for my family’s Spring Festival family dinner. The quick-fried cabbage is crisp and refreshing, salty, sour and slightly spicy. It is a dish that my family likes very much.

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces by hand

Heat a wok, add oil, add garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant
