I still like tofu skin served cold, but it looks rough, so don’t dislike it.

Wash and prepare the ingredients

Cut them into shreds, beat the garlic into foam

Boil water and blanch the tofu skin

Blanch carrots

Drain it into cold water (optional)

Heat the pan, pour in the oil, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, turn off the heat

Take a bowl and add minced garlic, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, chicken essence, and oyster sauce, mix well.

Pour the blanched tofu skin and carrots into the fried oil and mix for a few times, then add shredded cucumbers, pour in the prepared juice and mix evenly (I think it’s easier to mix in the pot, but don’t turn on the heat)

Remove from pan and plate
