Overview
This stir-fried stewed garlic sprouts is a special home-cooked dish from my dad’s hometown. Because the land in their hometown of Yuzhou is particularly suitable for growing sweet potatoes, and the art of making stewed dumplings has been passed down from their ancestors, the stir-fried stewed dumplings are smooth, delicious and elastic. It is a home-cooked dish that is often made at home during the Chinese New Year!

Prepare the stew and cut it into thin slices of about 4mm;

Cut onions, ginger and garlic sprouts and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the onion and ginger and sauté for a few seconds.

Pour into the stew and cook for a while without turning.
