Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli
Overview
I went to the seafood market on the weekend and bought 2 large scallops. The first time I made them myself, I steamed them with vermicelli and garlic paste! The meat feels a bit old and not as delicious as the big scallops!

Steps
-
The tape bought back
-
Use a knife to pry open the shell, take out the meat and clean it

The meat was too thick, so I cut it in half, added some salt, cooking wine, and black pepper to marinate for a while

Soak the vermicelli in advance until soft
-
Clean the outer shell with a toothbrush and put the vermicelli underneath
-
Put the tape on the fan

Saute the minced garlic in oil in advance and add it to the scallops

After the water in the pot boils, steam the scallops in a basket for 4-5 minutes
-
Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, fish sauce and a little sugar and mix well to form a sauce
-
Take out the steamed scallops and pour on the prepared sauce
-
Add chopped green onion and diced red pepper
-
Heat a little salad oil in a small pot and pour it on the chopped green onion and red pepper
