Fried shrimps with three shredded shrimps
Overview
Although this dish is quite simple, my family eats it with chopsticks very frequently. The vermicelli is soft and smooth, the fungus and cucumber are crisp, and it is light and delicious.

For each ingredient, soak the vermicelli until soft, soak the fungus and dried shrimps thoroughly, and cut the cucumber into shreds

Boil the fungus shreds in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove

Heat the pan, add garlic, onion, ginger and dried shrimp until fragrant

Add shredded fungus and appropriate amount of water

Add some salt, sugar and chicken powder and cook thoroughly

Add the vermicelli and continue cooking
