  1. Two or three slices of cabbage, about 3 taels of lean pork (the amount is optional), only half of a carrot, and five or six fungus soaked.

  2. Cut the cabbage into sections and then into shreds, cut the carrots and pork into shreds, cut the green onion into sections, and remove the seeds from the peppers.
