Stir-fried Pork with Hangzhou Pepper
Overview
I have always been in love with the spicy taste and fragrant taste of Hangzhou pepper. When I go to the market and see it, I buy a few more and keep them in the refrigerator to make various stir-fries. I also buy the bones for soup. When I see that there is too much meat, I pick them off and starch them. Then I add tofu and Hangzhou pepper and stir-fry them for a meal
