Double "berry" cake
Overview
Homemade cake, using yogurt, blueberries and bayberry jam as the cake body, and sandwiching meat floss in the middle, it becomes a rich double-berry meat floss cake

Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Mix egg yolks, yogurt and vegetable oil and beat until fully emulsified

Prepared Bayberry Sauce

Add bayberry sauce and mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix the cake batter using irregular techniques

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites

Add the white sugar in three batches and beat with a whisk until dry peaks form and can form small upright peaks

Take one-third of the meringue and put it into the egg yolk batter, stir evenly

Pour back into remaining meringue

Fold the cake batter evenly

Pour it into the baking pan, scrape the surface with a spatula, and beat it a few times to release big bubbles

Place washed and drained blueberries

Place in the preheated oven, middle rack, heat up and down to 125 degrees, 40 minutes

Baked cake (covered with tin foil halfway, so the color is not too heavy)

Cut into pieces, apply a layer of salad dressing, and top with pork floss
