Preparation work: Chop green onion, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, star anise, and appropriate amount of cinnamon.

Cut the pork belly into slightly thick slices and use cooking wine to add flavor and remove the fishy smell.

Wash and cut the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes of about the same size, not too big or too tasty.

Heat the pot, add oil and heat it up. Pour the prepared onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise and other auxiliary ingredients into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour the delicious pork belly into the pot and stir-fry. Add some thirteen spices to make the meat fragrant.

After the meat is cooked, pour the pumpkin into the pot and stir-fry together, adding some soy sauce to make the color look better.
