Fat intestines are not often seen in my house, not because I don’t like to eat them, but because I am too lazy to clean them up, and I am afraid that the ones I buy will be dirty and smelly. The most popular ones eaten outside are stir-fried fat intestines and stewed fat intestines. It was also because of the Chinese New Year, so I was usually too lazy to cook.
