Bullfrog Pot
Overview
Mom bought three bullfrogs during the Chinese New Year, but unfortunately I couldn't bear to burn them... I just wanted to practice my skills. So these three have become a meal on the plate. Fortunately, it tastes good, and even my dad, who doesn’t like bullfrogs, gave it a thumbs up.

Kill the bullfrog, wash and cut into pieces, cut green and red peppers into pieces, and slice the carrots. Cut dried chilies into sections. Cut the garlic into sections, slice the ginger, and pat the garlic.

First, blanch the bullfrog meat, rinse it with cold water and set it aside for later use

Then, put in another pan, add garlic, dried chili pepper, and ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.

After the meat is fragrant, add the bullfrog meat and stir-fry. When the bullfrog meat is cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and sugar, and finally pour in light soy sauce. Then stir-fry evenly
