Braised cabbage (cabbage)
Overview
I saw Wu Bingcheng's braised cabbage (broccoli) and I was very interested. I thought, cabbage itself has a slight sweetness, and it must be very delicious when mixed with salted eggs and brine. Sure enough, I couldn't wait to enjoy a piece after it was cooked. That's called fresh.

Cut the vegetable in half along the heart, cut it into a banana spindle shape along the root and cut it into approximately 4 pieces;
-
Mince the ginger, cut the green onions into sections, soak the dried shrimps, cut the mushrooms into strips, boil the salted eggs in half and chop them finely;
-
Put about 2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom, add minced ginger and green onion, stir-fry until fragrant;

Add the mushrooms and dried shrimps, stir-fry slightly, and stir-fry the chopped salted eggs to release the oil;

Put the cabbage into the pot, add 2 pieces of marinated pork trotters and 1/2 cup of marinade, add water just to cover the vegetable surface, pour in about 1/4 cup of rice wine, add about 1/4 of the pot of water, and sprinkle in about 1 teaspoon of pepper;

Cover for about 5 minutes, open the lid, and taste test. If it is not salty enough, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce. Stir evenly and add vegetables to the pot.
