Stir-fried cabbage with sliced meat
Overview
Cabbage is said to be the king of vegetables. It is the most eaten vegetable in our family. Whether it is fried, eaten cold, making dumplings, steamed buns, stews or soups, cabbage is the first choice. I really can’t get tired of eating cabbage.

Cut the cabbage into slices using a razor blade.

Cut cilantro into sections.

Shred onions and ginger.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the meat slices and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cabbage slices and stir-fry a few times.

Pour in the vinegar and soy sauce. The vinegar should be poured in first so that the fried cabbage becomes crispy.

Add salt and stir well.

Finally add MSG and coriander, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
