First, marinate the ribs with oil and salt for 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes, green onions and garlic into slices.

After 10 minutes, add garlic slices, appropriate amount of sugar, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, corn starch, and soy sauce, stir evenly, and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Add a little oil in a hot pan and fry the pork ribs until golden brown.

Then add tomatoes and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water (as shown in the picture).

Cover and cook for about 15 minutes. When the juice is almost dry, add an appropriate amount of sugar, a little salt, and a tablespoon of tomato paste. Add the green onions and stir-fry.
