  1. First, marinate the ribs with oil and salt for 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes, green onions and garlic into slices.

  2. After 10 minutes, add garlic slices, appropriate amount of sugar, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, corn starch, and soy sauce, stir evenly, and marinate for more than 2 hours.
