Sesame bean paste buns
Overview
I haven’t made bread for a long time, mainly because it takes a long time to make and the failure rate is high. But recently I heard that bread sold outside basically does not contain eggs and contains many additives, so I am becoming less and less afraid to eat it. I had nothing to do during the weekend, so I took out the bread machine and started playing around with it!

Steps
-
Except butter, put the other main ingredients into the bread machine and mix for 20 minutes, then add butter and continue mixing for 20 minutes, then take out the dough and place it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment until the dough becomes 2.5 times in size. Dip your fingers in some flour and make a hole on the edge of the dough. If it doesn't shrink back, it means the fermentation is complete.
-
Take the dough out of your hands, divide it into 6 equal portions, and wrap in bean paste.
-
After wrapping the filling, roll the dough into a round shape and place it on bread paper to set the shape.
-
Carry out secondary fermentation until the dough becomes 2.5 times in size.
-
Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
-
For the middle layer, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
