Caramel Red Bean Pudding
Overview
In the past, when there was no oven, if you wanted to make pudding, you could only steam it. But the pudding made in the oven is slightly burnt on the surface, I really like it~O(∩_∩)O! This time, I spread some honey red beans I made myself, and some fruits. Don’t miss out on the delicious ones~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak adzuki beans one night in advance, put them into a rice cooker, add alkaline noodles and 240ml of water.
-
Select the [Cook Porridge] button and add brown sugar for about five minutes.
-
After the program is finished, stir the red beans evenly.
-
Next, make caramel: take a small pot, add 10ml of water, and bring to a boil over low heat.
-
Add 30g of white sugar.
-
Simmer over low heat.
-
When the color of the caramel gradually becomes darker, you can turn off the heat. The residual heat will make the color of the caramel darker. (The color of my caramel is not very dark. It can be boiled again, but it cannot be overcooked. It will become bitter, so everyone should pay attention to the whole process...)
-
Pour the cooked caramel into the container.
-
To make the pudding liquid: Pour the milk into a bowl.
-
Add the sugar and stir slowly over the hot water until the sugar melts.
-
Let the milk cool naturally and prepare an egg
-
Beat the eggs into the milk and slowly stir evenly.
-
Pass through sieve 3 times.
-
Let sit for 30 minutes.
-
Spoon a spoonful of honey red beans into a pudding cup.
-
Slowly pour in the pudding liquid.
-
Place the pudding cups into the baking pan and pour hot water (it is best to cover half of the pudding cups).
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
-
The baked pudding can be simmered for a few minutes.
-
Remove the pudding and let cool slightly.
-
Peel the kiwi and apple, cut into cubes, and arrange the honey red beans.
-
The flavor is better when refrigerated~
-
Get ready~

Let’s eat O(∩_∩)O haha~
