Kiln Chicken

Overview

As soon as winter came when I was young, a group of friends would go to the fields to kiln sweet potatoes and eat them. Nowadays, people’s lives are better, so they kiln meat. It tastes delicious!

  1. The chicken is marinated with all the ingredients and then wrapped in tin foil!

  2. Use loess blocks to build a clay kiln, with a mouth for lighting a fire!

  3. The earthen kiln is burning red!

  4. Dig out the ashes from the earthen kiln, crush some of the burned red loess inside, throw the wrapped chicken in, and then cover the remaining burned red loess and compact it firmly!

  5. The chicken can be dug out in an hour, and the earth kiln chicken kiln is ready!

  6. Look! Digged out!

  7. Opened it up to take a look, the color is nice and it smells great!
