Soften the cream cheese, add caster sugar one at a time and stir until a smooth paste forms;

Add lemon juice and continue stirring;

Heat the milk and light cream, slowly pour into the cheese paste, and stir evenly;

Add the beaten eggs and stir gently;

Sift the mixed pudding liquid into a measuring cup; pour it into the mold, until it is about eight-quarters full;

Adjust the Depp oven to the baking setting of 150 degrees and bake in the water bath method for 35 minutes.
