Grilled clams with garlic
Overview
Clam meat is delicious and nutritious, with high protein content, reasonable amino acid composition and ratio; low fat content, high unsaturated fatty acids, easy to be digested and absorbed by the human body, and various vitamins and medicinal ingredients. However, clams and other shellfish are often cold in nature, so people with weak spleen and stomach should not eat more.

Wash the clams, soak in salt water for 20 minutes, and then rinse again;

Place tin foil on a baking sheet and arrange the clams;
