Chicken feet need to be blanched.

Soak the mushrooms in advance.

Bamboo shoots need to be blanched.

Prepare all the ingredients: as shown in the picture, cut the bamboo shoots into thick pieces, cut the carrots into hob pieces, wash the mushrooms, cut 3 slices of ginger, blanch and wash the chicken feet.

Put all the ingredients into a Corning soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water, cover and bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
