Overview
I’m new to baking, and I feel like I’m pretty good at it, so I’ll share it with everyone. This oven-fired fruit is particularly crispy. Both kids and adults love it.

Add eggs, sugar, and oil.

Mix well.

Add flour.

Stir it last time to avoid overheating.

Roll out and cut into pieces, brush a layer of egg wash on the surface and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Place on baking sheet.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes.

Heat at 110°C and lower at 140°C. Depending on your oven temperature, cover with tinfoil if the color is appropriate to prevent the color from getting darker.
