Wash the onions and cut into slices. (Don’t cut it too finely, otherwise there will be no onion flavor after frying)

Peel into rings and put on a plate for later use.

Add flour, baking powder, salt, and chili powder to a bowl and stir evenly.

Dip the raw onion rings into the flour mixture until the surface is completely covered with flour.

Combine the remaining flour mixture with the milk, eggs, pepper, and salt and stir until there are no lumps.

Add the onion rings and toss to coat all the onion rings with the egg milk mixture.

Stick with a little more bread crumbs. (Just use the most common bread crumbs)

Turn on the pot, heat the oil, put the onion rings into the pot one by one, and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes. (It’s better to fry 3 to 4 pieces together)

Fry until golden brown, take it out, drain the oil and put it into a plate.

You're done! (If you like ketchup, you can add a little ketchup)
