Homemade scallion pancake
Overview
I have been playing baking for a while, and I am a bit addicted. Therefore, I eat bread almost every day at home, which made one person in the family protest loudly, saying that the whole throat was filled with sweetness and the whole stomach was filled with butter. He really didn’t want to eat bread and wanted to eat local chopped green onion pancakes. So, I made this most homely sesame chopped green onion pancake. That person’s stomach was about to explode after eating it. He said: Chinese people are still suitable for Chinese taste. This is much better than the pizza outside! Haha, this extremely homemade scallion pancake is actually not difficult to make!

-
Mix the dough with water, add yeast, knead it into a smooth dough, and then place it in a warm place to ferment.

Place cooked sesame seeds on a charcuterie board and crush into pieces
-
Divide the fermented dough into two portions.
-
Take one portion and roll it into a thinner dough.
-
Put a tablespoon of sesame oil.
-
Pull up the dough all around so that the dough is evenly coated with oil.
-
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, cooked sesame seeds, salt and thirteen spices.
-
Roll up the dough on all four sides.
-
Along one side, roll up the dough to about four finger widths.
-
Roll the dough into a ball. (As shown in the picture)
-
Flatten the dough lightly, then carefully roll it into a round shape, the size of a pan at home.
-
Put a little oil in the pan, preheat it, then add the dough, fry over low heat, be careful to turn it over, and it's done when it's cooked.
