Every time I go home during the Chinese New Year, I always come back with a full load. My grandma’s family killed a pig this year and specially left ribs and pork for me. The stupid pigs I raised are different from those sold in the city. The meat is so delicious and fragrant that you can’t buy it with money in the city. I can’t help but lament that when food safety is so unsafe, I can only eat this kind of safe meat to feel delicious!

  5. Add the pressed pork ribs and stir-fry

  6. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry

  7. Add potatoes and stir-fry

  8. Add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry
