Buy some round mushrooms, remove the legs in the middle, wash them and put them on a plate.

Quail eggs are ready.

Open the quail eggs and place them among the mushrooms.

In another small amount, add soy sauce and water, add some starch and mix well.

After the water boils, put the plate in the pot and steam it. Heat up another pot of oil, pour in the water starch you just prepared and bring to a boil, then pour it on the mushrooms.
