Crispy cat ears
Overview
I love cats, and I also really like this little pastry named after a cat. Eggs and milk are added when kneading the dough, making it crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. The method is very similar to wontons. After frying, the surface is slightly bulging, golden in color, and shaped like a cat's ears. It's cute and delicious~O(∩_∩)O~.
