Preparation materials: a cucumber, a carrot, a grilled sausage, a bag of salad dressing, rice, and several sheets of sushi seaweed. All cut.

Prepare a bowl of boiled water, put a piece of sushi seaweed on the bamboo curtain, and then use a small spoon to dip some water on the seaweed, not too much, just a little bit (to prevent the seaweed from being too brittle and cracking when spreading rice).
