  1. Blanched dandelions.

  3. Beat eggs with salt and white pepper.

  4. Add milk and mix well.

  8. Grease a 10-inch nonstick pan.

  9. Pour in 2 ladles of batter, spread it thinly, and fry over low heat until slightly solidified.
