Crack the eggs into a bowl, cut some chopped green onions, minced garlic, and sakura shrimps and drain them with water.

Mix chopped green onion, minced garlic, pepper, salt, cooking wine, oil and egg liquid evenly.

When the small pot is hot, add oil.

Pour the egg liquid into the pan and fry over low heat.

When the egg mixture is solidified, flip and fry on the other side until golden brown.
