Jam bread
Overview
I redeemed a bag of bread flour on Taobao and added the candied date paste I made. Without adding too much sugar, the bread was still sweet and delicious. It was all eaten up in one breakfast, which shows how popular it is.

Put all the ingredients except jam into the bread bucket, start the dough mixing process and knead the dough until it doubles in size

Take out the dough and distribute it on the workbench. First, take one dough and roll it into a long strip

Then roll it up and roll it into a long strip (do this 3 times), do the same for the other 3 dough ingredients

Then combine 2 dough ingredients, first roll one of them into a larger long piece

Spread jam (the homemade candied date jam is very sweet)

Roll up

Make another dough mixture and put it in the baking pan for the second time

Brush the surface after the second hair stroke with egg wash

Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes
