Stir-fried peas with millet and spicy diced pork

Cut the lean meat into cubes, add light soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and oil, mix well and marinate until flavourful, dice the spicy millet, dice the red cabbage and pepper, and mince the garlic.

First blanch the peas in water.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chili millet and minced garlic until fragrant, add the diced meat, add a little water and stir-fry until the diced meat is cooked.

Add peas and stir-fry, then add two tablespoons of oyster sauce.

When the peas are almost cooked, add red cabbage and peppercorns, stir-fry a few times, add salt to taste and serve.
