Steamed Pork Ribs

With the sweet potatoes in season as the base, wow, it’s quite delicious.

Soak the ribs in water for two hours, changing the water twice halfway.

Drain the water, add ginger slices, cooking wine and a little salt, and marinate for half an hour.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into large pieces.

Place in the bottom of the bowl.

Remove the ginger slices from the marinated pork ribs, drain the cooking wine, and stir in the steamed pork rice noodles.

Mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Spread evenly on top of sweet potatoes.

Spread a full layer.

Put it in a pressure cooker, turn on the steam and press it for half an hour until the ribs are cooked through (if you have enough time, you can also put it in a steamer and steam it for an hour).

Sprinkle some chopped green onion out of the pan.

Soft, glutinous and fragrant, both the ribs and sweet potatoes are delicious.
