Stir-fried fresh lily with celery
Overview
The lily is white and tender, the celery is crisp, and the green and white are interspersed with red wolfberry. Without too many other condiments, it can highlight the plain taste, refreshing and sweet, needless to say.

Soak wolfberry in warm water until completely soaked, then rinse.

Add oil to the pot, heat over medium heat until it is 50% hot, add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add celery and stir-fry for a while.

Add lily, salt and seasoning powder, stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add wolfberry, water and cornstarch to thicken the soup.
