Steps
-
Put the main ingredients into the bread bucket one by one, select the sweet bread program, and start kneading the dough. Milk can be used at room temperature or refrigerated. Yeast powder and salt and sugar must be separated with high-gluten flour, otherwise the fermentation effect will be affected.
-
After completing the dough mixing process, the bread machine will directly ferment the dough until it doubles in size, which takes about 1 hour.
-
Take out the bread pan, knead the dough evenly, and let it rest for about 20 minutes
-
Knead and roll it into a long strip and put it into the mold
-
Place in the oven (or room temperature) for secondary fermentation for about 1 hour
-
Ferment until doubled in size
-
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes. To keep the skin soft, I put a bowl of boiling water in the oven.
-
When baked, pour it out of the mold and let it cool on a drying net. If you don’t pour it out immediately, the heat on the inner wall of the mold will soften the bread crust
-
Open it up and look at the tissue. It is in a brushed state and the epidermis is also very soft. There will be traces when you press it with your hands, but the elasticity will be restored immediately
-
Use a sharp knife to cut a shallow slit in the middle
-
Add the whipped cream that has been refrigerated for 12 hours to the caster sugar and beat with an electric mixer at low speed
-
Whisk until the pattern is obvious and put it into a piping bag with a cutout
-
Install the flower nozzle you like, squeeze out the flower shape, and place the washed blueberries on top
