Stir-fried beef tenderloin with onions

For dinner today, I stir-fried the leftover beef tenderloin and onions from making beef patties!

Prepared Beef Tenderloin

Cut into small strips against the grain of the meat

Put it into a bowl, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and cornstarch, mix well, then add a spoonful of salad oil and marinate for 20 minutes

Cut onions into small pieces

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the beef until it changes color, then take it out

Leave the oil in the pot and sauté the onions until fragrant

Add a little light soy sauce and salt and stir well

Add beef tenderloin and stir-fry for a while

Add some sugar and stir well

Add some chicken powder, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
