Overview
This cake is one of the traditional snacks in Yangquan and Shouyang areas. Sugar triangle is a traditional snack, which is divided into two kinds of fillings: brown sugar and white sugar. The round dough is shaped into a triangle and steamed on the fire. Delicious and healthy, golden in color, triangular in shape, crispy and sweet, with soft skin and sweet taste.
