Easy Spicy Chicken – This is so delicious too!
Overview
Attending a college entrance banquet with my son, one of the dishes was chicken with saliva, and both my son and I finished it. My son asked me if I could do it? I said give it a try! I bought ready-made ingredients, it’s quick and easy, and the main thing is it tastes so delicious! It’s more delicious than the saliva chicken at the entrance banquet!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Two chicken thighs, washed. Trim off as much fat as possible.
-
Prick the chicken legs with a fork.
-
Put the chicken legs in cold water, add a little cooking wine, boil the water and blanch for 3 minutes. Leave it uncovered.
-
Take out the chicken legs and wash them with warm or hot water to remove the foam.
-
In another pot, add water, chicken legs, green onions, ginger, star anise, peppercorns, bay leaves, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns, and salt.
-
Add cooking wine.
-
Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes (well done).
-
Immediately after cooking, take the chicken legs out of cold water, preferably ice water.
-
Cool the chicken and chop into medium-sized pieces.
-
Chop coriander, green onion, and Thai pepper into small pieces and spread on top.
-
I didn’t have any chopped peanuts, so I put sesame seeds instead. It’s best to use chopped peanuts.
-
Finally add the saliva chicken mixture.

Done. Delicious!
