Wash the oyster mushrooms and drain them. Wash the scallions and cut them into sections. Wash the lean meat and cut into thin strips.

After preheating the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil heats up, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color.

Then pour in the oyster mushrooms.

Stir-fry for a few times and then add appropriate amount of salt, Nande and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir fry for a while and then add the chives.

Stir fry until vegetables are cooked through.

Remove and serve on a plate.
