Wash, peel and cut the loofah into small pieces and set aside

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well

Chop the garlic into mince and cut the onion into shreds and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat it up and add chopped green onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Cook until the loofah becomes soft and season with salt and pepper
