Meat floss rolls
Overview
Before I went abroad, my son worked in a bakery. I went to visit him. As soon as I walked in, the lobby manager started to shower me with compliments and said, "This kid is so good-looking and handsome. He works hard and has a special eye. How can you educate your child so well?" I felt so happy after hearing this... So I was reluctant to leave and personally enjoyed my son's attentive service. I saw that only my son was the busiest in the whole hall, and introduced me to a tea cup to show my love for this tea cup. When I decided to buy it for him, he said, "No, Mom, this is my first time making money. When I get paid, I will buy it myself and take it abroad. I think this white tea cup will be paired with this meat floss roll made for my son. What a wonderful feeling it will be...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add 100 grams of boiling water to 20 grams of high flour, stir evenly to form a transparent paste and form a soup. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool before use;
-
Put the dough ingredients except butter and soup into the bread machine bucket;
-
Turn on the kneading level of the bread machine, knead the dough to the expansion stage, add butter and start the program again;
-
Knead the dough until it is fully expanded (it will become a glove mold by accident);
-
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place until 2 to 2.5 times in size;
-
Take out the dough and let it deflate for 15 minutes;
-
Line a baking sheet with baking paper (you can also use non-stick baking sheets without parchment paper), take out the loose dough and roll it into a rectangle the same size as the baking sheet;
-
Put it in a baking pan, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the oven. Place a bowl of hot fire underneath, start the fermentation setting, and ferment again until it doubles in size;
-
After fermentation, use a fork to make small holes evenly and brush with a layer of egg liquid;
-
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds;
-
Place in the middle rack of a preheated 180-degree oven and heat up and down for about 12 minutes until the surface starts to color;
-
Cover the chopping board with clean parchment paper, place the baked bread upside down on the parchment paper, lift off the parchment paper, and let it dry until warm;
-
While the rolls are still warm, apply a layer of salad dressing and sprinkle with a layer of pork floss;
-
Use a knife to make a few slits, but do not cut through the bread layer;
-
Roll the dough into a tube shape and set it for 20 minutes;
-
After setting, remove the oil paper and cut into 5 or 6 sections evenly;
-
Coat both cut sides with salad dressing;
-
Dip in pork floss and you're done!
