This scallion oil and egg scone is my homemade snack.

Cut the cabbage leaves into minced vegetables and set aside.

Add eggs to the minced cabbage, add flour, salt, chicken essence, cooked vegetable oil, pepper noodles, chopped green onions and mix into a puree.

Pour into baking dish and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

After roasting, cut into strips and serve.
