Brussels Sprouts in Oyster Sauce
Overview
Now that I'm at work, the New Year is over. During the Spring Festival, we eat a lot of big fish and meat, so let’s have some vegetables to clear our mouth. Brussels sprouts in oyster sauce are easy to make, cute in appearance and rich in nutrients. It is a quick dish suitable for office workers.

Wash the Brussels sprouts and cut them lengthwise. (You can also cut the cabbage with a cross-shaped knife and fry it whole)

Chop the garlic into minced pieces.

Heat oil in a pot until it is 60% hot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add Brussels sprouts and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add appropriate amount of hot water (do not cover the cabbage) and cook until the cabbage is about eight ripe.

Add oyster sauce and appropriate amount of salt to taste, reduce the soup over high heat and remove from the pot.
