Milk snack pack
Overview
This small meal bag uses a lot of milk, condensed milk and honey to highlight the milky flavor and sweetness. It tastes particularly soft, waxy and sweet. The taste is even better when paired with jam.

Pour milk into the bread machine, put sugar in one corner, salt in the other corner, put an egg in the middle, put honey and condensed milk together, pour in flour, make a nest in the middle of the flour, put yeast, and start the dough making process. When the dough is formed, add the cubed butter and continue mixing.

After two hours the dough has fermented, take it out and knead to deflate the dough, then ferment it aside for another 20 minutes.

Is it a lot bigger? Grease the baking pan, put in the fermented bread dough, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar flakes and sesame seeds. Enter the oven, turn on high heat for 1 minute to let the oven get warm, and continue fermenting for 20 minutes. Start baking again.

The baked snack buns are golden, crispy and soft.
