Everybody doesn’t like fried noodles, right? Zhajiang noodles with various sauces have their own characteristics. Tianjin Zhajiang Noodles use sweet noodle sauce. I have been used to eating this kind of Zhajiang Noodles since I was a child. Today, add some ingredients to the fried sauce and make a mushroom fried noodles.

  2. Wash and tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, blanch them, squeeze out the water and set aside.
