Date-flavored mixed noodle steamed cake
Overview
Just do it and cherish it. Like this sentence. Deep in everyone's heart, there are some people and things that will never be forgotten, but will never be mentioned. The fleeting time treasures memories, and the years warm life. Occasionally turn it over silently, it’s still beautiful! I like to eat cornmeal steamed cake, and it tastes even better if I add some red dates. A variety of staple foods, a must-have for every day.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Dissolve the yeast in warm water
-
Cornmeal and white flour are ready.
-
Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir until it becomes fluffy. The dough should be very soft and delicious. The ratio of flour to water I use is 1:1.
-
Knead again into dough, cover tightly, and let rise for 1 hour.
-
Facial hair is very good.
-
Take out the dough and knead it into a strip. Because I used a cheesecake mold, I rolled the dough into strips. If you use another container, you can adjust the shape of the dough according to the container.
-
Place into cheese mold and flatten slightly.
-
Cut off the pulp of the red dates and simply cut them into small pieces.
-
Spread a layer of red dates on the dough and compact slightly. Let it sit for another half hour.
-
Put the mold into a cold water steamer, wait until the water is boiling and steam, and steam for half an hour.
-
When the time is up, remove the mold. Cut upside down and slice.
